It's been a few months since I last wrote an update about my life as a writer. I'll go into more details in my Road to Recovery blog, however, I thought I'd let everyone know what's up in general.
Most of my life has been revolving around physical health and family. I'm working a new day job, and that's taken a lot of my day hours and my physical energy. For those looking for my work, it's currently available on Wattpad and Amazon. I'm updating the Wattpad website on a regular, weekly, basis. My big hopes for 2022 is to get an ebook/print version of the Dragon's Saga up for sale by the end of January 2022. The other big plan is to draft up a few books and prep them for publication. Thank you for sticking around! I will hopefully write more soon!

I figured now was a good time to write a general update about my life/work.
When we last left off, it was the beginning of Summer. I outlined the things I liked and disliked about the season, and made a vow to adapt better to change. I will say that it has been mildly successful. I've learned a lot about myself this summer. A lot. I also feel like I've done a better job of managing my life this summer. As it comes to a close, I am preparing myself for a number of changes. The fall is going to be dramatically different for me and my family, but I'm confident it will be in a good way. The biggest change in my life is that I'm starting to feel a hope in regards to my creativity. Whether this translates into actual words or not is another story. I feel like this is a seed that needs to be tenderly cared for. Knowing the right time to do all of these things is always the hardest part of my creative energy. Summertime has always been a mixed bag for me.
Things I Love: - Warmer weather. - More flexibility with the kids' schedule. - More options for activities to do on my free time. Things I Don't Love: - Kids are bored easily. - Free time fills up FAST. - Life becomes more spontaneous/unpredictable. Each of those things on the "love" list is countered by something on the "don't love" list. Summer is a reminder that I need to step up my scheduling game so I can stay on task better. This is a constant struggle for me. However, I'm determined to get things right. My life has been a state of change lately, and not just because of the pandemic. Each season always brings in something new. A shift in energy. A shift in schedule. Change. I'm usually okay with this as long as I can see it coming. I know that's not always the case, though. Adapting to change is probably my biggest goal for the summer, of them all. It's been a while since I've written a general update about how things are going. At the moment, most of my personal writing has been put on hold. I've been heavily focused on life and the work that I do for others.
I did feel I should write something to let everyone know the following: 1) I'm alive and well. 2) I still have a lot of plans to write a lot of different worlds! 3) I have some big things in the works. Stories for Kindle Vella, editing for some big releases, and so on. I'm super excited! They're all in the final stages before being published. 4) I'm still planning a lot of great things, so stick around! Possessed by Passion: A Dark Romance Paranormal Collection
